Part rat terrier, strong. He could take off and topple his human, an elderly man, but he hasn't yet. I've seen Jazzy sitting on his human's lap. 

I drew this picture of Jazzy from a photo I had taken, colored it, and gifted a hand-colored copy to his human when he was hospitalized with pneumonia and temporarily separated from his dog.
